Weekly Lessons
The purpose of the Pre-FRC lessons is to prepare all students for the FIRST Robotics Competition and the coming Build season. The lesson will also serve as a way to select the members of the build, systems, and award teams.
Each lesson focuses on different topics regarding the FRC Build season and the competition robot that will be built.
Each lesson consists of a powerpoint that contains basic information regarding the topic along with links to other websites and tutorials regarding the topic. Following the lessons are worksheets, in the form of Google Doc Online Forms, where students are required to answer questions regarding the topic covered in the lesson. All of the answers to the questions should be found in the powerpoint itself. If not, it should be provided in a link to the site that provides the answer with a description of where the student will find the question.
The lesson is assigned on Wednesday at the end of sixth period. The worksheet must be completed and submitted by the student before sixth period of the Wednesday of the week after.
